海藻种质库在马尾藻领域取得研究结果如下:
(1) 阐述了在羊栖菜主产区栽培种群季节性性成熟规律;
(2) 阐述了雌雄异体羊栖菜雌雄生殖托成熟、卵子精子排放以及受精过程及其特征;
(3) 揭示了羊栖菜幼苗对高光、高温、水流变化、氧化剂和盐度变化的生理反应规律;
(4) 阐明了羊栖菜幼体低温保存和发育特征;
(5) 开展了羊栖菜同步受精全人工苗种技术及其产业化应用;
(6) 建立了铜藻全人工种苗技术;
(7) 对我国北黄海漂浮铜藻进行了初步的溯源研究,阐述了漂浮铜藻和定生种群的遗传关系。
